Using a new split due to ineffectiveness of arm day:

mon rest
tues arms/forearms
wed rest
thurs legs/abs
fri rest
sat chest/back/shoulders
sun-rest (small ab work maybe)

Did my saturday Cardio/Bodyweight course. My shoulders are killing me. My traps and my lats are gone too. I did dips and pull ups until I fell off the bars. Then I got up and kept running. It was a great workout!

Fri-rest
Sat-legs/abs
Sun-rest

I would change up your split. I would have 2 double days ( workout twice a day)

Here is what i would do

Day 1
Morning
Chest/Tris

Evening
Shoulders/ Calves

Day 2
Rest

Day 3
Morning
Back/Biceps

Evening
Traps/Forearms/ Calves

Day 4
Rest

Day 5
Legs/Calves.

Work your abs at home on your days off.
