Default Does creatine help with you sprinting speed?

Well, im going to be doing a good amount of sprinting, plyometrics, and running in my pool during the summer, and while ill be on creatine, will it help my sprint speed? I heard it does.

When you are doing an intense quick burst activity such as weight lifting or sprinting, your muscles use ATP for a quick burst of energy, so yes, it will help
