Hey Everyone -
Here is my journal.....I will be updating almost daily....Comments and suggestions are welcome....Let me start off with some stats: Age: 16 Height: 5'9 Weight: 203 Waist: 38 inches BF %: Around 21 - 24 % BF % GOAL: 8 - 10% June 2, 2003: Well, I have once again started to work out. I took around a 7 month break due to a long illness which required a few surgeries. I am back in the gym....or my garage.... I started last week - I am using the 13 weeks to hardcore fat burning. This is my 2nd week, and I just finished doing some cardio and working the abs. I have noticed a few gains here and there, and I already have lost about an inch on my waist, which I believe is good news. My biceps seem to be bigger, and I can now see the traps that are forming. Everything so far looks GREAT! I have been drinking lots of water, and obviously have been pissing a lot. I hope to be cut by the time school starts up again in September. I want to walk in, and have everyone say..."WOW" Well, I got to go to fill up my water bottle once again...I will post again tomorrow.. |

-- June 3rd, 2003 --
Today was legs day.....I thought I had a pretty good workout, but after it was all done, it really didn't feel like I worked them well enough. The weird part about it is that they were killing me while I was working out, so I must have worked them pretty good. I shall find out tomorrow when I wake up.... Tomorrow is an off-day, but I will probably do some light cardio. So far, it seems as if I have been making some progress in just one week.... Its time to change my body - and for the better! |

-- June 4th, 2003 --
Today was my "rest" day. However, it was my most intense workout of the week. I am just starting to work out again, and I am finishing up 2 weeks. I did not want to rest. So, I did 30 minutes of cardio, and around 10 minutes of abs. By far, it was my most intense workout of the week. Sweat was flying everywhere, and my abs felt good after. Tomorrow, I work the chest, shoulders, and back. This is my longest workout of the week, and sometimes I dread it. However, I will be sure to visit ABCBodybuilding in order to get motivated to get my *** into my garage and lift those weights!!! More updates tomorrow. |
