Default EvilElmo\'s OTJ.

Well, I'm new here. This forum seems useful.
Any help would be good. Thanks.

I've just started my first step into getting bigger, ABC has helped me alot, I only joined recently and I've learned alot about the Anatomy, different exercises to use and best of all how to bulk. I understand the bulking part slightly, but I'm working on it.
My current split looks like this

Bi/Tricep : Monday
Legs : Tuesday
Break : Weds
Chest, back : Thursday
Traps lats : Fri
Cardio : Sat
Break : Sun

<font color="blue">Looking better but I wouldn't train tri's and chest back to back. Your tri's would have been hit pretty hard on arm day and you'd be overtraining them on chest day. You need to let them recover. Here is a good looking 7-day split, implementing your choices:

Mon: Bi's/Tri's/Forearms
Tue: Legs
Wed: Break
Thu: Chest/Back
Fri: Cardio
Sat: Shoulders
Sun: Break

Here is one of my old 7 day splits:

Mon: Arms
Tue: Legs
Wed: Chest
Thu: Back
Fri: Shoulders
Sat: Off
Sun: Off

Sometimes I would do cardio on the weekends...

Good luck.
