Default About Fitday...

I'm having trouble deciding on some of the food options.

When I pick chicken breast boneless, skinless raw. is that the whole breast (2 halves) ? I would rather use oz as my serving size, do you have a suggestion on where I can find
chicken breast, skinless in oz.

Just create a customized entry if you plan to use it all the time. The stats are as roughly as follows for 4 oz lean raw skinless chicken breast:

120 calories
23 grams protein
4 grams fat

^^^Ditto! 90% of the stuff I log into FitDay are "custom foods." It's a pain in the butt to get it all in there, but once it's in, life is so much easier! Occasionally I have to use some of the standardized foods in their database, and I just take my best guess at it. But if you'll take the time to put foods in based on their true package ingredients, you'll be so much happier in the long run!
