Hi all
I'm not a body builder, would love too. I think it is so sexy to see a woman who has a lean, tone and muscular body, that's awesome. However, I do workout hard like a body builder but looking at me, you couldn't tell <g> Can you please explain too me the difference between Cutting & Bulking Which do you do first, and why? afolov said: 1. What is the difference between cutting and bulking? Cutting is the process of reducing your daily calorie intake and increasing your activity level in order to reduce your total body fat, often at the expense of some muscle loss. Bulking, on the other hand, involves upping your daily calorie intake in an attempt to build more muscle mass. Bulking cycles often increase the total body fat, and thus are followed by a cutting cycle reduce fat and show off the new-built muscle. [/ QUOTE ] does this help? |

I'm not a body builder, would love too. [/ QUOTE ] And you certainly CAN!! [ QUOTE ] I do workout hard like a body builder but looking at me, you couldn't tell [/ QUOTE ] We can help you fix that. [ QUOTE ] Cutting & Bulking Which do you do first, and why? [/ QUOTE ] Which you do first depends. It depends on where you're starting from. If you need more muscle more than you need to lose fat, then you bulk. If you have enough muscle already and just need to get rid of the fat, then you cut. Many times it is difficult for a beginner to tell which they should do first. That's one reason why many members post their photos here to get opinions on which they should do. So without knowing what you look like, I'd be hard pressed to advise you on which you should do. Hope this helps. |
