I finished the 12 week program tonight! Yay me!
I have five days of rest and then I'm off to start the 13 week program. It looks scary, but the 12 week prog was getting too boring or easy or something (I may live to eat those words next week [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] ). Lots of reading between that and the acticles that Venum (thanx hon) suggested for me to look over. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] Also, I've changed my mind about cutting. After thinking about it and reading some posts from Krypto and the gang (that's you girls) I'm going to just focus on cleaning up my diet, staying on maintance cals (I think 1950-2000 cals is my range), and adding cardio 2-3 times per week. Basically I'll follow the 13 week fat burning diet without lowering the calorie intake. During the seventh week break in the 13 week program I will re-evaluate my progress and see how everything is going. If I haven't lost any weight (bodyfat) I'll reconsider lowering intake. I can see myself now, leg day of the third week, wishing for the ease of the 12 week program. Or not.
