I heard you should eat them as green as possible coz of the sugar content.

green banana=gag me with a spoon! I've eaten them semi green before, and they leave behind a sort of alum, that sticks to your teeth, tongue, roof of mouth... I would much rather have just one nice ripe banana than 4-5 green ones!

Eew. I like them somewhat green myself. Once they lose all hints of green I won't eat them. Well, I will, but only if they're IN something (like oatmeal). But I definitely won't eat them once they've started getting brown, bleh, eew, ick!!

did a little research, about the boob thing, i think that for esthetics it's used over the breast and for bb'ing purposes it's used just under the breasts.

4-5 was unusual...it was the first day we'd had banaas in a while. Heh...But thanks for the info, and the boob thing. I wasn't really sure, so I did both, but I'll stick with the under-boob measurement. Heh...

Here's a great resource:
USDA nutritional analysis
This will give the complete nutritional breakdown of just about any common food you can think of. Also, it will give you the calories/nutrients for the EDIBLE portion. I believe a 3 oz/75g banana is around 65 calories or so; this is for a PEELED banana, BTW.
Anyway, if you're not weighing and measuring your food, who knows how much you're eating?
At least until you are very, very comfortable with accurately eyeballing portions, it's the best way (IMHO) to keep an accurate tally of what's going in.
Hope this helps...
