not the best carb source out there, especially if you're cutting. limit yourself to 1 a day. i love them too, but moderation is the key.

one large banana (8" to 8-7/8") has 138 calories, 1g fat, 35g carbs, 2g protein. usually i have banana early on in the day so that i'm sure i can burn off the carbs.
have you had 4-5 bananas just today? i'm not sure about the chest measurement either. i have heard conflicting things... just under the boobs, above the boobs, under the armpit area, around the circumference of the boobs. i don't know [img]/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] |

about the boob thing...when my personal trainer would measure me, he would always go over my chest...don't know if that's what everyone does, but that's what was done to me!!! don't know if that helps?!?!
on the bananas...i don't know about eating three or four a day, but i know it's an excellent source of potassium!!!
