So, with carb cycling you have low days, medium, and high.
Do you have the low carb days on the days you do not work out, eg: weekend, or when? Just need to tweak this. |

When I carb cycle I follow the 13 week fat burning diet which changes my carbs from week to week and do not base it on the day that I work out. So for example I need to eat @ 1925 calories per day so I eat 1800 monday, 2200 tuesday, 2000 wed, 1700 thur, then back to 1800 on Friday. My workouts are M-F so some weekends when I am not working out I am on the high end or the low end it just depends on where my carb cycle falls. I hope this helps

This is the place that I originally learned about calorie cycling too and it changed my life. I am just back to cutting now after a bulk of five months. I only dropped my calories by 150 this week because I want to see if I can lose fat, maintain muscle and still eat like a big girl. The article "Take Fat Burning to a Whole New Level" is the program I'll be using for the next 12 weeks. Love the whole premise of that program and I want to meet Jacob so I can cover him in kisses for that one.
Have fun, happy lifting.
