Default Bombers Blend

Does anyone use this? How is the taste? I'm a first time
protein powder user (sounds kinda funny ). I can't
decide what brand to try first...decisions, decisions!!

I like Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey because it's already got glutamine in it. One less supp I have to buy/add to my shake!

I add even more gluamine to my shakes...Biotest is a yummy, but expensive one. I'll be trying optimum next!

If I remember Bombers blend is made by Dave Draper or a company he endorses? And if i remember further it is a protein blend of casein, whey and egg. This would be a good choice maybe at night with some flax seed oil.

If you were considering taking this postworkout I would advise against it, you want a fast absorbing protein like whey, and ones that absorb and digest slower (egg & casein)

Try optimum 100% whey (as mentioned above) or any whey protein supp made by good names like EAS, optimum, AST and Universal.
