While I've only been logging since April 1 faithfully, I am looking for your critiques please. Better to work the kinks out now for maximum effect, right?
Tuesday, 4/1 Activity - 45 minute Spinning class and abs Wednesday, 4/2 Activity - 1 hour lower body weight training Thursday, 4/3 Activity - 30 minute Elliptical (HIT), 15 minute run/jog/walk on treadmill and abs (normally I take the spinning class on Thurs, too, but the usual instructor wasn't there and the fill-in sucks [img]/forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img] ) Friday, 4/4 Activity - 1 hour upper body weight training Saturday 4/5 Activity - 1 hour lower body weight training Based on that info, besides Friday's diet which I know was far from ideal (bagel...bad!), where else do I need to be careful? My goal: Lose 46 lbs (minimum) by 12/31. I currently do not know my body fat % but hope to have this done next week as well as my approx. 5 week measurements (had them done on 3/3 by gym trainer and she was out last week). I am currently down 6lbs from 2/28. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I was hoping for more, but my clothes are fitting much much better so I know that I am making progress. are you trying to lose weight? also, i think you made a mistake on april 4th unless you did eat 22 oz of chicken...which is a hell of a lot of chicken.

Yes, I'd like to lose 46lbs by 12/31 and perhaps some more once I hit that goal.
And I really did eat that much chicken, but spaced out over three meals. I've been wondering if I'm still consuming too many cals despite my exercise activity?????

I am really looking for input. PLEASE? With Splenda on top?
I know that 4/4-6 is not great, but do I have ANY good days? I thought that 4/2 might be good, but I'm just not sure. I really wonder if I'm consuming too many cals, tho. Help! Please! Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
