i recently realized that for the past week i've been eating pb and crackers before bed. NOT EVEN NATTY PB jus light crappy pb, (my groccery store doesnt sell em, but im tryn~!!) so anyways; ive been eating that as a snack before bed and im certain i could do much better. besides a spoon of cottage cheese (couldn't stand to eat that and thats it becasue it has no taste) what could i have before bed that is more high in quantity then , then the usual suggested SPOON of something. ???

What about 1/2 a serving of a low carb protein shake if you don't like cottage cheese? That would suffice as a small snack. I do that sometimes when I get the hungry horrors like a an hour before I go to sleep (like last night!).

Chicken breast, tuna, turkey, or some egg whites with one yolk and some green vegetables with olive oil, flax or a little peanut butter.

my favorite snack, IF i'm not burned out on tuna, is some tuna/light mayo mixed up on some wheat type crackers. Just a few!! Or maybe a handful of some peanuts?
