I'm on my second one today. They're not bad. It's chocolate flavored. But, how many SHOULD I be having a day? Especially on non-lifting days?

Heh, well I'm certainly not a very good example of what I'm about to tell ya, in other words I haven't been practicing what I preach, but really, I'd say 2 at the most on lifting days (breakfast & post workout) and probably just 1 on non-lifting days (breakfast).

I work out really early in the morning, so I have a whey protein shake post-workout, and a soy protein shake for my last meal of the day.

you know i have your journal saved in my favorites and i do look at it from time to time... too bad its saved on my work computer and not my home one [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] so i can't look at it now!

I need to try Optimum's...I tried Designer Whey in mocha blast...ewwwwwwww! I need to throw a banana in it for me to be able to drink it!

I have a shake (with milk) in the morning, when I'm running short on time for breakfast. I also have a shake (with water) an hour or so prior to working out. And another one (with water) after working out. I sometimes have one before bed too.
4 max a day, but usually 2-3 for me personally. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
