Hmmm when I make Natural Peanut Butter I dont get that oil floating to the top...weird.
I use about a tablespoon and a half of peanut oil and peanuts...thats it. Maybe its the fact that I refridgerate it.. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] |

There is oil floating at the top when I buy it. When I am ready to use it, I stir it up good then put it in the refrigerator, THEN, no oil floats to the top. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]
