It is really frustating when you're both trying to lose fat and gain muscle - one fights against the other. Most say not to bother doing both, but I never did make life easy on myself! :-) I can't resist looking at it, nevertheless, but taking the week's average does help (definately a more accurate picture). I'm a Clinical Psychologist, but even without that I know that humans require some motivation (intrisic or extrinsic), so whatever works for you (scale, watching clothes get looser, etc.) is the "right" thing [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
