I modified the workout a bit....but man did I get a wicked pump! I didn't go heavy enough, but that always happens at first and I'll still be extra sore tomorrow!

I followed it for 4 weeks- it really is a great workout. I'm still following the diet plan and using the principles of static holds and partial reps, but I found that doing back and chest in the same day just took too much out of me and ultimately, neither one got as good a workout as when I train them separately with their smaller assister muscles. So it's back to chest/tri's, back/bi's, legs, and abs/shoulders.

No fair! I wanna play...I wanna I wanna...
Hehehehe... Seriously though, how do you find it so far in terms of equipment time. My gym is really busy, so if you get up to just grab a new set of dumbbells some one is going to steal your bench when drags your workout time waaaaaaay out. (When there are twenty people wanting to use six benches...it gets competitive). Is it doable under those constraints? Maybe I'll try to hit the gym really early. It's just hard cuz my TP lives off campus. Blah blah... Keep me updated! Also, how long have you been working out Ms. 50# Dumbbell Press?! Ender |

Did the 50#'s just once! I'll be starting a new journal soon so you can come visit and spy on me!
I'm pretty aggressive in the gym....lol....I'm not shy to ask if I can work on the same machine with others...especially during supersets. No time to fool around. I reserve one of the machines and work into another if it's not available. Also, I'm lucky enough to be able to get to the gym at non-peak hours. |

My husband thinks I'm crazy gettin' up at 3:30a to go workout, but there's nothing like having the entire free weight area for just me and about 4 other people. Well worth the sleep deprivation to have the run of the place! (Plus, if I want to try a new exercise and I end up looking like a dork, I'm only embarrassing myself in front of a few people!)
