I get this after working out sometimes. Anyone know why? I have a protein shake about 1/2 prior to weightlifting .

It's funny that you posted this today. I've been having the same problem and was going to ask the same question. I get heartburn to the point of getting physically sick after doing cardio sometimes. Does anyone know why this would happen?

Workinghard, I spoke with a massage therapist today. She didn't tell me why but she told me what to do, to relieve it. Try to explain. Rub all along the bottom of your rib cage, to where it meets in the centre there. When you hit the center, jump up than down. Don't know but going to try it when it happens next.
