Hi everybody, sorry if your tired of seeing my post already but i just thought i would give everybody an update on myself and how well i'm doing (WITHOUT NOTHING TO DO WITH WEIGHT AND HOW I LOOK), Like Nutrition wise.
I was just going through my past fitday entries, and just a mere 2 weeks or so ago, all i ate was a croissant and a nutrigrain bar. THE WHOLE DAY. i really did have problems. And im happy now becaue i'm aware of it now, and i KNOW how to eat *clean* but still EAT for good! full never use to occur to me till the past two weeks or so. I think i noticed it today when i was one of my classes. I woke up super late so i didn't have time to pack myself a lunch (and i wouldn't go near the cafeteria food with a 10 foot pole--well now anways) So right before i left i had a quick bowl of oatmeal and pealed a boiled egg and ate the white as fast as i could. Three hours or so later, after lunch and everything (my lunch is at 10:45, i know thats more like breakfast) i noticed my stomach was growling like crazy, and i was so starving! but i realized that i use to be able to go like 12 hours without food and i wouldn't be hungry and NOW a mere 3 hours was killing me. Yeah, so your probably thinking "okay so what"- but i realized that obviously my metabolism is speeding up MEANING this whole "eating every three hours" routine has really payed off. i'm no longer having to starve myself or anything. I was absent from school for more then two weeks, so my body my use to me eating every three hours and my schedule got thrown out of preportion. you might not think of it as a big thing, but i think it's huge, and it makes me happy!! so that's all that matters. my happiness and my health, which might i add is doing great, now that i'm truely on the right track. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] it's corny, i know, but it great, and this eating disorder has really been a problem, but i'm glad to say that i'm trying to get over it, and move on to a better HEALTHIER HEATHER! (ME.) lol. thanks for reading!!!!! |
