Hi there Indianabound!! Sorry it takes me a while to respond bc I don't get in much!! I am on my own program with the help of a trainer over the internet!! I have been doing (chest), (shoulder's abs), (back/ hamstrings) rest day then (arms(bis/triceps), legs another rest day!! One major cheat day 5 eating clean days oh boy do I binge on my cheat day lol!! 4 days of cardio (running, sprint work) ect!!
