Tampax heat therapy!!
If any of you other females here get cramps during your period, go out and get some of the new heat therapy patches from tampax. You just stick them on the outside of your underware. They work like a charm! A lot more convienient than having to be stuck in one spot with an electrical heating pad.

I've seen these things around. They weren't the tampax brand, but a variety of heating pads you could use for different parts of the body.
