Ugh. I think I forgot about what it's like. (pms) You get the "cravings" for junk and your brain telling you you're not satisfied enough when you know darn well you are. Luckily, I have resisted urges to run out and buy pounds of chocolate bars. However, this doesn't mean I haven't been eating "extra" the last two-three days. Not bad stuff though, which is good. Absolutly NO junk (except for the half packet of animal crackers I finished off that has been sitting on my counter since last week), so I feel pretty good that I am not giving in to my brain telling me to ruin my wonderful, clean diet.
Any other females have this problem? It sucks. I hate it. Especially when it runs right through the middle of things going good.

Oh I am right there with ya!
A few days ago I was in a frenzy for chocolate. Luckily we had none and I'm too cheap to get in my car and go a few miles to the nearest store. I usually eat a little extra the day of and two days before - about 3 days of eating more. It's so weird - like right now, I'm not hungry at all, especially for anything sugary. A few days ago I wanted a big chocolate cheesecake combo of some sort, but an apple with natty PB won out. Good for you to be able to say no to junk - I know how hard it is!

Yeah...I hear ya! I'll eat more, but clean foods. I'll be the first to admit I'm not perfect, but I will fight until I can't fight no more!

If I get real bad, sugar free pudding made with skim milk. I will put in about 3/4 of a scoop of choc protien to 1 serving of the pudding and mix it in before I eat.

When I crave chocolate, I go and get sugar free chocolate or just eat the chocolate since I only crave it for the first day of the pms and I also crave lots of water.

They make sugar free popsicles and sugar free fudgesicles, so I sually go for those when I'm craving something sweet. They're cold too, so they do the trick for me. I always like chocolate cold.

Chocolate is the best any it comes. I like cold stuff in the summer so chocolate that is cold is the best because then I cool off and get my chocolate.

ah, i'm the only one who hasn't resisted temptation. the boyfriend bought me some Girl Scout cookie ice cream and I had to "sample" it.
i'm not too bummed out, though. i've been doing pretty well for the most part. |
