Tricep Pressdown 1x30(50), 1x20(60), 1x15(80), 1x12(100), 1x10(110)
BB Curl 1x20(65), 1x15(85), 1x10(105), 1x8(105)
EZ Bar Crushers 1x15(75), 3x8/8 (95/75)
EZ Bar Curls 1x15(75), 3x8/8 (105/75)

2 hour break because I had to cover a class, then:

DB Hammer Curl 1x10(45), 2x8(55), 1x8(45)
Rope Pressdowns 1x50(60)

I really tried to get all of GP' arm blastr in, but time ran out (and my arms were fried before hitting the supersets). But...I now have goals to get to, and I am still sore [img]/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

Leg Extensions 1x12(100), 3x8(130)
Leg Curl 1x12(100), 3x8(120)
Standing Calf Raises 4x12(225)

I put my pants on one leg at a time, just like you. The only difference is that once my pants are on, I lift heavy weight.

Thanks...it'll be a while yet before I am where you guys are.

April 10- Abs day.

Reverse Crunch 1x20 SS Side Oblique Crunch 1x20(each side) SS crunch 1x20

Did this 3 times, with about a min between SS. Amazing how fast it flattens the keg [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

Lat Pulldown (Wide Grip) 1x15(160), 4x8(200)
BB Row 3x10(135)
DB Rear Delt Raises 3x10(35)

After baseball practice:

DB Wrist curls 3x12(20)
DB Reverse wrist curls 3x12(20)

I plan on updating pics this weekend to get an idea of progress and where I need to go. Tomorrow is chest day.

DB Side Laterals 4x8/4 (35/25)+3x30 sec Static Hold
Calf Machine Shrug 3x12(115)
DB Shrug 4x12(100)

Skipped chest workout sinceI threw BP on Sat before our game, and my shoulder was tight. Felt pretty good today, so I am slowly adding weight.

Ran out of time cause I had to cover a class and coach a game. So the pump wasn't all that good, though my tri's were fried. Biceps coulda used more though.

OFF Day

Did measurements yesterday: (all flexed)

BWT 251
Neck 17"
Shoulders 54"
Chest 50"
Arms 18"
Forearm 15"
Waist 38.8
Quad 27"
Calf 17"
Shoe size 13

I've dropped in the neck, chest, waist and quads from January, and dropped about 15 lbs since then. If i could be at 240 by June I'd be in good shape. I'll update pics tonight and add a link then. Old ones are below (from January)
