Default My Friend\'s Diet

am posting this for my friend. She is 5'0'' 110. She is looking for a healthier diet than the one she has right now. She swims many days of the week but would like to go on a slight cut. She is 16 and done growing. What should her caloric intake be and what should she be eating during the day.

If someone could please make a list of meals and what she can change in each one for each day because she does not want to eat the same thing everyday. She does not workout but swims only. In advance Thank you from her.

Yeah, we gotta have some sort of starting point. And I don't think anyone's gonna post a detailed, specific diet such as the one you're asking for, especially one that isn't the same foods everyday. For something like that you're basically asking for a dietician. She's gonna have to do some of the work/research herself if she's really serious about it but of course we'll help her out as much as we can with general guidelines.
