Default Does anyone have a good..

I have a friend who is starting to workout but I really don't know how to help her much do anyone of you ladies have a good routine for toning, and I would apprecitae anymore advice you could give me for her.

There is no routine for toning, training just to "tone" is a myth. If she wants to lose enough body fat in order to see her muscles, in other words to get that "toned" look, then it is accomplished by a good DIET and HEAVY weight training. There are no "toning" routines unless she wants to waste her time in the gym. Lifting is pretty much the same whether you're lifting to bulk or to cut. She can lift in the same way you are lifting, reaching failure in the 8-12 rep range.
