I teach 5 cardio classes per week and I'm really starting to worry if this is having a negative impact on my muscle building. I do a 5 day split, heavy routine. Everywhere on this website says women should reduce the cardio. What exactly is overdoing it in regards to weight training? I'm pretty happy with how I look but I feel like I'm on a plateau.

OMG, I did aerobics for 3-4x week for 9 mos. (last year) no weights at all. DID ME NO GOOD...I toned up/leaned out very little. Started weights/cardio in Sept. 2002 and have accelerated fat loss quite a bit. But now have quit cardio to see if I get more muscle gains.
