I was wondering if any other females on here are having the same problem with their breasts.
Okay, since I've started training, I've noticed my breasts have become almost a cup size smaller. I started out at a 36B and now I'm at A/B. And before I lost all my weight (35-40 pounds) I was a 36C. That one was to be expected though, but I'm not too "happy" about my breast size going down from lifting and cardio. Could it have anything to do with the loss of body fat and are there any ways I could keep them from decreasing any further?

"Where'd the boobies go???" is all my boyfriend whines at me. I have gone down from a 44-46DD to a 38D in the boob department. I couldn't be happier about it! But, I can see why you wouldn't be [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] Like Hilltower says, chest exercises sure help though!

I'd love to loose a little, so I'm hoping! I'm currently a 38C, but its a too full C cup. I'd like to be a B again. I miss the days of only running in ONE sports bra!

I've got small B's now....used to be a bit bigger, but now they are perkier. AND it's easier to do upright rows....it would be hard to get the bar over them if you had a big set! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I didn't like them getting in the way before either, but I don't want them to dissapear!
I've seen some of those huge, freaky bb women who've got no more boobs but only muscle that looks like pecks, and then the ones with huge breast implants. I wonder why they'd want either. I can understand the implants a little more than the pecks though.
