What's really awesome when I think about it, is that I've got measurements from a few years ago BEFORE I ever started weight training and my arms are over an inch bigger now than what they used to be! Pretty cool. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]
Sooo, girls, if you haven't already, you oughta take those measurements so that you can look back a year or two later and see how far you've come! It's really cool to see the inches add on but yet you look BETTER! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] |

I do have one question, how do you know how and where to measure yourself, is there an article on that? Sozzy for the stupid newbie question, but I'm going to start the 12 wk burning fat workout and I want to measure myself all over so I can chart my progress later!
