Default Good Post Workout/Lunch Meal?

a bit of bagged salad
1 tbsp of olive oil
medium sized chicken breast
medium potato

good or no good?

Medium sized chicken breast?Hmm try to eat 200gr of chicken breast= 45-48 gr of protein after workout.

I hope u mean lunch after yr post workout shake. In that case this will be ok, but why only a med chicken breast?

ditto...I would also keep the meal after the post workout drink to about 30 grams of carbs.
As of 01-01-04 - 6'0 242 lbs @ 10% bf 35 years old...
