Hey everyone!
I have a problem at night. After I put the kids to bed and I finally get to relax, I like to sit in front of the TV and have a small snack (around 8PM). Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could have without trashing my diet for the day? I have tried protein shakes but they don't cut it. I need to chew something. (Oh, and I hate cottage cheese!!!) Thanks! |

make a chicken spinach salad, and put in as many veggies as you wish. just be careful on the dressing.

No nutritional value but fills you up....2 small boxes of sugar free jello, 1 package of kool-aid (no sugar) and add 2 cups of boiling water, 1 can diet 7-up, 1 cup of ice, stir and let it set up. EAT the whole **** thing!!!!
