Cardio 5-6 times a week in the morning:
3 days 30 minutes on bike or treadmill after lifting 2-3 days 45-60 minutes on elliptical trainer With all that work you'd think I'd be more dedicated to diet!!!! |

No better cardio than skating aw Kryp. Well, except skating with a stick and a puck.

3 times per week. I'm switching from running to brisk walking since I'm losing LBM. 30 minutes per go.

3-4x week, and never on a leg day as well. 30-40mins med-high intensity. Treadmill ( running, walking on an incline4%) ellipticle trainer or recumbent bike.
I too, have to pull back sometimes as I can be a bit of a cardio junkie, if I'm not careful. Love the adrenalin!!

I aim for three cardio sessions a week but usually end up doing two. I'm limited by a major knee injury which requires as little impact as possible. No running here but I alternate between the recumbent bike and elliptical trainer.
I'm getting geared up for winter (and getting stuck indoors more) -- and hoping this will spark more dedication to cardio training in the gym along with continued weight training. |
