how do u make ur legs firmer? i get muscles in my legs but wen it's not flexed, it's kinda wobbly or sumthin. is it cuz of fat?

to some degree it is fat..but the more you work the muscle and the harder you work it the denser it becomes. Now as always an unflexed muscle is softer than a flexed one.
