Right now I am 5'10 166 with 13% body fat, though I look much bigger I will get to 195-205 with 6% body fat. It will take a few years, but it will happen. My immediate goal during the next 16 weeks is to get to 182 with around 15% body fat. While increasing modestly on all my lifts, while keeping the pace quick and painful. I am currently a week and a half into my routine and it's party time. [img]/forum/images/icons/laugh.gif[/img]

Hey I'm making progress, though quite as steady as I would like I'm to 170-171 depending on time of day. I am pretty sure I have stayed at about the same bodyfat%. I have been doing sets with less rest time, so all my lifts have gone dramtically, which I don't like so much. I have allowed my self a extra day off between my leg and back day if I need it. I also notice that I can't eat like I used to. (I get full to **** quick.) I'm thinking of alternating my rest time to get a little heavier.

Hey everyone,
I'm now quite happy with my progress. It is noticable, I've been told. I am around 176 right now. I think that the difference has been the intense focus I have put on my full movement as well as the intensity I've put forth. I've also learned to eat more protein. Even if I'm out and about. I am now looking at getting to 183 by Jan.
