That's a cool looking picture. I don't watch japanamation - but some of their pics are really cool.

Short term goal:
199 lbs.
Current Stats
5'10"
202 lbs.

So my range since I started keeping track is as follows: 205lbs, ?, ?, 209, 207, 206, 205.5, 205, 204, 205, 204.5, 202.

Today I did a very light abs exercise, and a light cardio. Figured it was time for a day off. Weight dropped a lot. Not sure if something was wrong with the scale or not.

Feeling really demotivated today. Outside problems started seeking into the gym.

cardio on crosstrainer

These are my calories burnt ranges for cardio so far: 830, 500, 625, 300, 825, 550, 150.

Tonight I have a good time and rest up. Tomorrow back at it.

It's Saturday morning. I just did 60 squats and some deadlifts at 8:00 on Saturday morning. (Whoa) .Can't train as intensely today. Need a day off. Rest Days are Important so I can come back and work hard!! Must incorporate into workout.

1. REST, REST, REST, REST , REST, REST. REST, REST.

2. Nutrition

3. Train

Today to rest, I am going to get some work done painting my bedroom, clean my car, watch some football, start putting together a diet, then go out on the town and hang out with some people. Will be a lot of fun and very enriching.

Yikes. I went up 5 lbs. today -- I thought I was going to be losing weight! Must of been all the carbs I ate yesterday blew up in my stomach -- retained water or something.

So my range since I started keeping track is as follows: 205lbs, ?, ?, 209, 207, 206, 205.5, 205, 204, 205, 204.5, 202, 202, 207.

Did forearms today and cardio on crosstrainer. Mind over body to push the pain barrier.

These are my calories burnt ranges for cardio so far: 830, 500, 625, 300, 825, 550, 150, 550.

Tomorrow finish up legs -- And next week I will push pain to a whole new level!!

[ QUOTE ]
My new plan will be very simple.

goal -- 199 lbs.
How I am going to get there:
1.No eating out for one month - including sodas.
2.Add cardio 4 times a week.

This is a loss of 6.5 lbs. of fat.

3.I will add to this my severely dropping my carb intake. I will have carbs for the first four meals of the day only -- avg 35g per meal -- total of 140 per day.

Here are the data that I collected over the past 30 days.

Average Calories per day: 3158
Average Protein per day: 194
Average Carbs per day: 373
Average Fat per day: 94

So if I break this down into six meals per day I get:

Average calories per meal: 526
Average Proteins per meal: 32
Average Carbs per meal: 62
Average fat per meal: 16

My goal stats are as follows

Calories per day: 2000
Proteins per day : 200
Carbs per day : 200
Fats per day: 60

This is the amount of change

Calories per day: - 1158
Proteins per day: + 6
Carbs per day: - 254
Fats per day: - 34

This shows the amount of change that I will be expecting in my diet.

Short Term Goal:
199 lbs
Starting Weight:
205.5 lbs. (10/06/02)
Current Stats
5'10"
203lbs.

So my range since I started keeping track is as follows: 205lbs, ?, ?, 209, 207, 206, 205.5, 205, 204, 205, 204.5, 202, 202, 207, 203.

Did cardio on crosstrainer, and variety of leg exercises.

These are my calories burnt ranges for cardio so far: 830, 500, 625, 300, 825, 550, 150, 550, 290.

One Week Rap up:
I have not eaten out for one week. This cuts back much on fat intake, empty calories, and total calories.
I have lost a total of 2.5 lbs. (this number is tentative because it can go up or down depending on water retention)
So far I am on target to reach 199 1 1/2 weeks from now. Additional modifications in my diet may make it occur quicker.

Next Week: As much as I think I am overdoing cardio, I am going to keep it up until I reach my goal. So the plan -- 1 hour weight training per day, + cardio. 1 day to REST!!!!.

Today I had a one hour workout at the gym. Not the best workout to say the least. Demotivated. Looking to get into bodyfat percentage in order to have a better statistic to work with besides body weight.

No cardio today.
Worked shoulders -- definitely need more shoulder work.
Diet was off today.
Looks like I need about a month's preperation before I can go into this new diet. Set-up time. Need to figure out exactly how I am going to get all of those proteins in during a single day without drinking 10 shakes a day. Only want to drink no more than three shakes a day if I can help it. Take it one day at a time with this one. Whatever works. Remain positive.

Did more military than ever before
Last two days have been the best diet I have had yet.

Back today with higher intensity.

Working in reagular sleeping hours. I predict this will increase my strength and endurance immensely. Napping could be counter productive.

It looks like I need to take time off very soon. As soon as I reach my short term goal, I will take off one week to pursue other interests. At that time I will also plan my next course of action and new short term and long-term goals.
