NEW TWO WEEK PLAN....USING INSTINCTS
I am experimenting with a concept which is very different than what everybody is doing and every book is saying, right now I am 8bf with loads of strength, 104lb, as mentioned in my previously e-mail, couldn't do the six meal thing as it was too much for my body, so now I have designed this traning routine for two weeks, and with diet I will go with my body signals, listen to what it needs and give it (not cravings but fixing timing according to the body cycle) and I am sure when you go wit your natural rythm it will aloways work for you nit against you....I will post my results...lets see what happens!!!! new muscle is all I see....lol
