If u r working for mass, is it ok to cheat for the last 1 or 2 reps? i have refused to cheat so far but if it will help, then i might as well

depends on what you mean by cheat, If you are still working the negative then its not bad.

cheating is no diferent to forced reps or drop sets. Its just a way of extending the existing set to really take the muscle to its limit. Use them, BUT CAREFULLY, and incorporate some drop sets as well. Drops sets are generally safer too. |

it depends on the exercise as it is pointless to cheat on some exercises...

IMO, I think the only exercise you should really cheat on are curls, I think this is the only thing you would really benefit on cheating. Most other exercises you should stick to good form, try on curls going heavier than you can handle, and do some cheat curls, it'll really put mass on your bi's...

I'd say curls and some back exercies.

yea...maybe like bent over rows or bent over lat raises or something...Other than that I think curls are pretty much it.
