Riot Bombing Tri set
I was thinking about doing a riot bombing triset with bis, tris and forearms, like doing bicep curls, then reverse curls or wrist curls, then dips or pushdowns. Sound okay????

LOL your gonna kill yourself but go for it. Riot Bombing is VERY fatiguing.You have to be very focused to do it and pumped...MY GOD you must be pumped lol but man is it ever awesome.
