Well, I guess that I started wanting to just lose weight and lower my cholesterol, but having done research on BB and seeing the incredible physiques of Denise Paglia and Monica Brant... now I want to get muscle-y and strong! I'm glad too to have this forum, as I come from a naturally small and skinny family - and I'm the black sheep - and no one understands having health problems or having to lose weight or lifting. My mother told me recently that she thought I was getting too "bulky" but I don't think so. My new muscles are really nice and I am looking forward to seeing them more once I lower my body fat! Which WILL happen someday!

et pour Philia, merci beaucoup pour le message l'autre post... et bonne chance avec le competition!

Great question....

1. Do a sprint triathalon next summer (just swimming/biking - I cannot run because of my back)
2. Be 18% bodyfat
3. Decrease my medications to 10/10mgs (have almost cut in half over the past 4 months!!!!)
4. Continue to feel amazing - like I do now

I want to lower my body fat. I want to define my body more and I want to be toned.

My constant goals right now are for lower body fat, and to gain a lot more muscle.

Besides that I think it would be really cool to enter one of those adventure races, really push your endurance as well as your physical and mental strength. I was also thinking that maybe I would eventually want to do one bb competition.

I think that my Ultimate goal is to not let my physical condition limit my possibilities.

Sounds like my sport, inline speed skating! I just love it! It's definitely a real mental and physical test every time you race and at practices!

Oh you should definitely try that one day. It's a huuuge challenge. It's hard yes, but when you are finally there, on the stage, after so long preperation (and sweat!) you'll feel soooo proud and happy of yourself. That YOU have succeeded in doing this thing.

Of course it's great winning, but the thing of getting up there on the stage is already a giant reward...
