Athletic Activity

9:00 AM -- 30 minutes of Cardio // Tae Bo

1:30-4:00 -- Yardwork, various intensities. Push mowing, weedwacking, moving bags of top soil around and spreading it

5:30 -- Cardio session at gym. 30 minutes of medium-intensity boxing, 10 minutes on ski elliptical machine, 5 minutes on Bike, 10 minutes basketball, medium intensity

9:00-10:00 -- Tennis practice, serving, volleying against a wall. Low-medium-high intensity, varies.


Nutrition:

Breakfast: 2 pieces whole nut grain bread, 2 slices of lean turkey, 1 slice of lean ham, 1 slice of roast beef. 1 tbsp mustard

Lunch: Same as breakfast, also 4 wheat crackers with peanut butter and jelly

Dinner: 2 hamburgers, 2 tbsp's of ketchup. 2 slices whole nut grain bread and an apple

Snack: 2 sugar free fruit juice bars

Athletic Activity:

8:00--Moving wooden display boards for a while, just some moderate lifting and carrying

4:00 pm -- Proud to say, a heck of a lot of sex...

7:00 pm -- Driving range, 1/2 hour

8:30 pm -- Tennis lesson, 1 hour


Nutrition:

Breakfast: 2 whole grain eggo waffles and Keto-no sugar no carb syrup, 1 piece of toast (whole grain nut bread) and peanut butter (1 tbsp)

Lunch: Flat bread chicken pizza, part of a tiramisu (my mother and fiance are bad influences, boooo)

Dinner: Turkey and ham sandwich on whole grain nut bread with mustard, 1 apple

Snack: Soy Flakes (dont ask...surprisingly good)

Switched to a hard copy journal, its awesome. (and its cool to see the look of utter astonismhent when friends and family open a journal and dont see an INCH of available white space!
