hey girls, this is the diet i will be using for the next 12 weeks. current weight: 205lbs with 28% bodyfat. Meal one: 5 egg whites/1/2 cup oatmeal Meal two: 6 oz fish/salad/balsamic vinegar Meal three: 4 oz chix/sweet potato Meal four: 6 oz fish/salad/balsamic Meal five: 4 oz chix/or fish/veggies I'm starting my weight training today. i'm using the 12 week program. Hi I'm new too, but Iv'e been a guest for a while. I used a combo of the 12 and the 13 week diet with great success [img]/forum/images/icons/grin.gif[/img]
Meal one: 5 egg whites/1/2 cup oatmeal that looks great Meal two: 6 oz fish/salad/balsamic vinegar again great Meal three: 4 oz chix/sweet potato sounds yummy and its nutritious Meal four: 6 oz fish/salad/balsamic thumbs up Meal five: 4 oz chix/or fish/veggies Perfect. My opinion, not enough fat in your meals. You need more fat to control insulin and keep you feeling full for longer, along with a host of other reasons why good fats are a definite must. Don't be afraid of fat, fat is your friend, too many carbohydrates and sugar are your enemies. [img]/forum/images/icons/wink.gif[/img]

thanks, i just went and bought some flax seed oil, i'll add it to my salads.
