All excercises are to faliure. I try to get running in there whenever. Comments and segustions are welcomed. Thanks guys.

you need to add in some more back work. Move close grips pulldowns to back day and add some t-bar ros bent over barbell rows and some bent over lateral raises, and maybe some cable rows.
The back is a vast muscle group and just two exercises just wont cut it. If you dont like the ones I mentioned check out the exercise tab above for some alternatives.
