Some Older Photos Of Me
I figured it would be a good idea to start a journal. I want to start keeping records of my workouts and my diet. First off let me say that I am using the weirdest split since I started training. I am still cutting. Day 1 Legs / Calves Day 2 Chest / 30 minutes of cardio Day 3 Rest Day 4 Back / Rear Delts / 30 minutes of cardio Day 5 Abs / 45 minutes of cardio Day 6 Rest Day 7 Delts / Traps / 20 minutes of cardio Day 8 Biceps / Triceps Day 9 Rest Day 10 Abs Day 11 45 Minutes cardio Day 12 Rest I told you it was weird. Awesome body Bulkster. Really freaky cuts!
As you said your program is unic. I beleive the point of desighning that type of program is to give each body part full attention and energy. Which has huge benefits! I have been focusing on seperating my body parts to. What has worked well for me is two a days. So like this: Sunday: Chest (morning) Back (night) Monday: Thighs (morning) Calves (night) Tuesday: Arms (morning) Delts/traps/Forearms (night) Wendsday: off Thursday: 30 minute cardio (morning) abbs (afternoon) 30 minute cardio (night) Friday: Same as Sunday Saturday: Off Sunday: Start with legs, move on I have swithced this one up alot but similar to this. It Has been working well for me, and i have been able to get some great workouts. Sometimes I will add some hit cardio sessions in the morning just to rev the matab. Thanks Tick and Venom.
I would love to be able to work one muscle group in the morning and another at night like you Venom. However my schedule will not allow me to do this. This new split is a little strange to say the least but it has been working well. Some people might think that I am doing too much cardio but I eat ALOT so cardio is a neccesity. I have a day off tommorow. I'm just gonna eat my protein, stretch and rest after work. I need the rest. |

I just spoke to my friend today.
He joined the same gym as me last year. He went for 2 weeks and stopped going. He says that he wants to get back into training. I told him that I would love to lift with him as long as he is serious about it this time. I hope he is ready for the pain he is going to experience. And I hope the pain doesn't make him quit. I hope he sticks with it |

Okay here we go again.
I have been following my latest training routine that I posted earlier for a few weeks now. I know it is time for a change. I want to implement some HIT priciples of training and some total body workouts into my training regimen for the end of my cut. I have never used total body workouts in my training before and have never bothered to learn about the philosophies behind them. Obadiah was nice enough to point me in the direction of some good websites and articles on the web for some great info on HIT and HST training. I will have to re think my split and I will post my new split in a little while. This should be interesting. I would love to all of your opinions. Thanks. |
