i got an adjustable dumbell set it goes up to 50lbs i can buy bigger plates for it and it will go up to 100lbs. it was only 50 bucks at walmart. i felt so strong walking out of walmart with 50lbs dumbells with ease and with everyone staring at me. im so happy now since i can do so many more exercises. my diet got all screwed up today. i had two 700 cal chocolate pb banana shakes before i left. while i was at the mall i had a cappacino chiller with whip cream. then on the way back a semi-truck jackknifed on the highway adding an extra 30min on the way home i was starving. for supper i had chicken parmesan and a side of pasta. now i will do a workout and have a double protein shake with safflower oil and go to bed.
i got a new sight for my bow and went to shoot it. i had to screw in the limb bolts two turns because it was so easy to pull back. im gonna screw it in another turn tomorrow when i shoot it. hopefully i can max it out by archery. im thinking in 2 years i can get a bow with 80lbs. draw weight. id love to take that to the *******s at the archery shop(long story but i hate them theyre so stupid) and ask them use the scale to tell me the draw weight. they'd have a hell of time doing that.also 80lbs would shoot an arrow so freakin fast. todays workout wide grip pull ups 3 set 8 close grip pull ups 3 set 8 bent over dumbell rows 3 sets 8 one arm dumbell rows 3 sets 8 upright dumbell rows supersetted with side laterals3 sets 8 front db raises 3 sets of 8 reverse grip dumbell curls supersetted withincline db curls supersetted with hammercurls 3 sets of 8 tomorrow is rest day [img]/forum/images/icons/frown.gif[/img] |

this will be my last journal for a while
[img]/forum/images/icons/frown.gif[/img] [img]/forum/images/icons/frown.gif[/img] monday i make the switch over to maintenance instead of bulking [img]/forum/images/icons/frown.gif[/img] im gonna start training for cross country. i will do this every week in the mornings along with running after school. everything is 3 sets of 10 monday: chest,triceps decline bench incline bench flat flys Behind the back dips 1mi tuesday: 5k time trial wednesday: back, biceps 4 sets of pullups wide grip, closegrip, wide grip, close grip reverse grip barbell curls db curls 1mi thursday:5k time trial Friday: shoulders, forearm upright rows l-laterals front db raises rope pulls thors hammer |
