Going great but ever tried supersetting? They are great to stimulate growth!

I've had great success with the piramid system too!
ie:down the reps and up the weight!

Keep going doing great!

yes used supersetting all the time in fact todays workout had a superset in it. right now i need to get some more things for my home gym like a set of dumbells so my workouts are not as hardcore as they should be. as soon as i get a set of dumbells it will add a ton of exercises that i can do.

todays workout

pullups(all different grips) focusing on the negatives supersetted with barbell rows 3 sets 8 for each exercise

upright rows supersetted with front barbell raises
3 set of 8 for each exercise

barbell shrugs 3 sets of 8

barbell curls 2 set of 8
rev grip barbell curls 2 sets of 8

rep out with a 10lb decrease in weight
