Going great but ever tried supersetting?They are great to stimulate growth!
I've had great success with the piramid system too! ie:down the reps and up the weight! Keep going doing great!

yes used supersetting all the time in fact todays workout had a superset in it. right now i need to get some more things for my home gym like a set of dumbells so my workouts are not as hardcore as they should be. as soon as i get a set of dumbells it will add a ton of exercises that i can do.
todays workout pullups(all different grips) focusing on the negatives supersetted with barbell rows 3 sets 8 for each exercise upright rows supersetted with front barbell raises 3 set of 8 for each exercise barbell shrugs 3 sets of 8 barbell curls 2 set of 8 rev grip barbell curls 2 sets of 8 rep out with a 10lb decrease in weight |

8am 2 servings of oatmeal with milk 2 eggs 67c/32p/14f multivitamin .5g vitamin c 5g creatine 522cal 10am pwo meal protein shake with milk koolaid/juice 65c/30p/6f 5g glutamine 5g creatine .5g vitamin c 434 cal 12pm 5oz lean steak baked sweet potato banana 6c4/47p/12f 552cal 2pm 2 pb banana sandwiches 87c/29p/37f 797cal 5pm family dinner 500 cal 7pm 2 turkey sandwich 48c/28p/6f 358cal Before bed Protein shake with milk and safflower oil .5g vitamin c 5g glutamine zinc magnesium 14c/30p/20f 356cal also I eat 4 reese pb cups throughout the day theyre easy calories plus they taste so **** good. 36c/8p/20f 360cal 3919 calories times may vary depending on when i get up. if i sleep in a half hour i just move the meals back a half hour same thing if i get up early. |
