Default Help me out here

Im having the hardest time setting up meals for myself. I want something different everyday. (try to at least) I hate working with eggs, hamburger, milk, chicken breasts all the time..i try to vary my meals the best i can.

Could anyone give me some meals that are different that have everything in them for a Bulking diet.?

I checked the diets on the site but some of them have a shake like every meal.

Oh yeah...Tuna is on the top of my list to. I use that quiet a bit

I really enjoy Oatmeal Pancakes:

1/2 cup oats
6 egg whites
1 scoop your favorite protein
cinnamon to taste
(fruit is optional depending on what you like)
You can also add walnuts/pecans/flaxseed meal for extra fiber

Mix them up and fix them w/ Pam spray. You can eat them w/ sugar free Jam (smuckers) or sugar free syrup.

I also fix extra egg whites with them...

The meals are gettin a tad easier in making. Im eating more healthy and im keeping my starches in the morning. Its been getting easier getting enough calories and protein. Shoot and im out of proteinshake material too.
