I am doing Cardio 4 days a week 30 mins moderate walking.
And i am lifting 5 days a week for 1 hour or more.

my workout (cardio in the morning and lifting in the evening)

Workout one (monday)
Traps:
Shrugs 4/8-10
Shoulders:
Seated Military press 4/6-8
Abs:
Forward crunch 3/15
Leg raises 3/15

workout two(Tuesday)
back:
deadlifts 4/6-8
close grip pulldowns 4/6-8
Barbell rows 3/8-10
Biceps:
Barbell curls 4/6-8

Workout three(Thursday)
Chest:
Incline press 4/6-8
triceps:
Triceps pushdown 4/8

Workout four(saturday)
Quads:
Leg extensions 3/12-15
Spuats 5/6-8
Hamstrings:
Lying leg curls 4/8
Calves:
Standing calf raises 4/8
