i'm just gonna use this almost everyday i lift, there will be alot of posts from me [img]/forum/images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

monday 6/1/02 back/traps/abs

back
bent over barbell row - 2 wus's (warmup sets) x15
-3 sets of 12,10,8
hyperextension with small weight 3 sets of 20
wide grip pulldown 3 sets 15,3,10
bent over dumbell row 3 sets 15,12,12
cable row w/ close grip 3 sets 15,13,10

traps
dumbell shrug 3 sets 15,13,10
calf machine shrug 3 sets 15,13,10

abs
decline situps 3 sets 40,30,40
single serratus cable pull 2 sets 30,30

ingesting 200g of protein (goal) 180-250g carbs

preworkout: 2 ripped fuel capsules
2xscoop optimum nutrition chocolate mint (44g protein)

post: 1 1/2 scoop cell tech creatine in 20 oz of water
nitrotech bar/chicken (if i can make it home on time and not get stuck in traffic!)

bi's
barbell curl warmup 2x15 - 3x12,10,8
seated alernate dumbell curl 3x10
hammer curl 2x10
preacher curl 3x15,12,10

tri's
close grip bench press 3x12,12,10
skullcrushers/ez bar 3x15,12,10
cable pulldown 3x15
v-grip pulldown 1x20

calves
seated calf raise 2x30
calf machine 3x20

bi's and tri's done, half of our gym is in repair (machines anyways) so all i could do was standing calf raises, i guess i'll finish them tomarrow on leg day

Rest day - thursday
Friday- Leg Day

Leg Extensions 3x15
Plated Squat Machine 3x15 2x10
calf machine 2x20,15,20
seated calf raise 3x30,25,30
Leg Curls 4x15
Stiff Legged Deadlift 3x15,12,10

If our squat machines are back (sent in for repair) i'll do squats instead of the squat machine.

going to refine workout schedule on drive to funeral (13 hours)

aunts funeral was lovely, and i'll leave it at that, i'll measure myself the 11th and trainning restarts next monday (14th)
I will be following JW's 24 workout mass blitz, so i need rest (this looks intense jw!)
