It's shoulder and tricep day again. YAY! I'm still doing db military, but I need to find a GOOD way to get the db up to my shoulders. I am also considering doing hang cleans today to hit traps, but I've got back tomorrow, and I dont want my traps roasted for that. If I dont pull 405 tomorrow I am going to be so mad. I am deadlifting FIRST thing tomorrow. Today: DB military, weighted dips (going for 45x10!), side raises (going for 30x10), skull crushers, and then a tricep burnout. And maybe hang cleans. |

Sanity has led me to Louie Simmons. Hopefully in the next month or so, I'll get the hang of the workouts.
Today was squat day. Nothing special. i didnt feel like hammering heavy weight after monday's deadlift day, so I took it easy. I hit it faster than normal, though, but didnt do much. Squats: 135x10, 225x15, 225x5/135x10 Front Squats: 115x10,10 SLDL: 135x10, 155x10, 135x10 My back gets really sore with high rep squats. |

Alright. This is the last post in the dirty deeds diet journal. I am officially switching to a new journal, to reflect the change in my workouts. I will be closely following the Westside Barbell method, and concentrating more on increasing my 1RM in all powerlift events thangaining size. I appreciate everyone's comments in the Dirty Deeds Diet Journal, and I welcome your comments in my next journal, which will chronicle exercises starting today.
