Still feeling the wrath of squats and calve raises from 04-10-02. Can barely walk, need to really strech it out...

had bf% done - as i do every month -
3 point caliper test - pec - 5 ab - 11 thigh - 8 bf% 6.6% dropped a bit of fat from last month and kept most of my muscle, which, as I stated is my primary goal, to have a nice clean bulk... if it keeps going like this i should have my MUSCLE gain that I want and not the Fat to go with it... Whether I win or lose I am really liking the new me...

Been eating lots of clean proteins...Tuna, Chicken, Fish. Have been slowly gaining weight, hopefully its lean mass, but I expect some to be fat as well as water weight, no way around that. On the training side of the house I have been mixing it up a bit, trying to go a bit heavier, but not so heavy as to lose the form... will keep random updating on my progress...

Been weighing in about 157 to 158, i know there is some water variance but, i eat alot and am having issues breaking up to the 160 barrier.. gotta keep eating and working...

Broke my bench record today - 245 with no spotter - if i had a decent spotter i might get more...

Weighed in at 160 pounds today. still working andeating hard to get to 165-170.
Finished my creatine load phase today. and Have included a weight gainer into my supplements. My main change in my program is i have done a change in routine. I was over training, was way to addicted to getting in the gym everyday. i have been working in an extra day off and it has done wonders. I am also supplementing with 3-4 grams glutamine a day. any feed back is welcome, anyone know how "the game" is going or went?

Rob,
Congrats on reaching your goal of 160! It's good that you recognized you were overtraining. Most people dont realize until it's too late (they get sick, lose muscle mass, etc).
