Hey everyone,
I just started a new workout/nutrition program and I thought that the best way to stick to it would be with some help from other people - that way I'm accountable to others as well as myself. Hey everyone,
This morning, I went to the gym before classes (about 6:45 am) and all of the cardio machines were already full. So I ended up doing some stretching for a while and then finally got to do a half hour on the bike. Got a nice sleep last night. Might as well stock up now, won't be sleeping too much around midterms, I'm sure. Tomorrow, I lift again. Later, MadScientist |
